As a commitment to aquatic risk management we offer an occupational health and safety consultancy service and a comprehensive lifeguard and first aid training service.
Q: Do you have appropriate insurance cover? A: Yes, obviously there are inherent risks involved with any event and we are insured for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. We can provide our clients with a Current Certificate of Liability
Q: Aren't you just the same as Surf Lifesavers? A: Our staff are professional lifeguards, career lifeguards that are employed by local councils or municipalities. They have extensive experience in lifeguarding, water safety and managing the risks associated with aquatic environments. The majority of our employees have over 5000 hours of lifeguarding experience.

Q: How do I receive a quote for your services? A: Simply make contact with us. Once you contact us we will work with you to see if our services are appropriate. We will not be pushy or force you to use our services. We will endeavour to provide you with a variety of options for your event and the one you choose may not necessarily be one of ours. Q: What qualifications do your staff have? A: Aquatic Rescue Management uses the services of professional lifeguards holding the minimum qualification of Certificate II in Public Safety (Aquatic Rescue). It is encouraged and has been the standard for all employees that have been employed by Aquatic Rescue Management over the last two years that they hold the qualification of Certificate III in Public Safety (Aquatic Search and Rescue). Both certificate qualifications are nationally recognised by the Vocational Education and Training Board (VETAB), are taught by Registered Training Organisations (RTO) and are the recognised standard for lifeguarding in Australia
All our employees are current certified professional lifeguards that are dedicated to increasing the professional standard of lifeguarding throughout Australia.
Each employee has extensive professional experience, as each is a professional ocean lifeguard employed on a fulltime or seasonal basis with a local council or municipality.
Q: Is your training accredited? A: All our training is accredited where required and is delivered under contract and in association with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Q: Where is your training conducted? A: We can conduct training at any appropriate venue or workplace around Australia
Q: What equipment do you use? A: We use rescue equipment that is currently approved in Australia as rescue devices as used in the lifesaving and Professional Ocean lifeguarding industries.
